Instrument Rentals 2025-2026
Thank you for your interest in ALF Music. Online registration for the 2025-2026 season of Instrument Rentals opened on Friday, August 1 and closed on Monday, August 25 at 5:00 PM. Please Note – Before Registering
- Be sure to review all the details of the ALF Music Instrument Rental program by following the grey links
- The Instrument Rental period is from August 27, 2025 until the end of the spring concert in May 2026
- Rental Pick-Up Day is August 27, 2025, 3:15-5:30 PM
Review instrument choices with your student and consider a second choice, if their first choice is not available
BRASS: Baritone, French Horn, Trombone, Trumpet
WOODWINDS: Clarinet, Flute, Oboe, Saxophone
STRINGS: Cello, Viola, Violin
NOTE: Beginning students cannot rent an Oboe or French Horn. Percussion rentals are not available at all.
- Rental Fee – $200
- Additional equipment may be required, depending on instrument
- If there is no instrument available for your student, the Rental Fee will be refunded in full. No other refunds are allowed.

After Registering
- A confirmation will be sent to the email account designated during the registration process. Be sure to contact us right away if you do not receive this confirmation.
- Do not register twice. There may be an administrative charge for reversing a duplicate registration.
- Once you have created an online account, you can view or update your information, print a statement, or change your password. To login to your account, go to the link at the bottom of your confirmation email and use the same username and password as when you registered.
- Once registration closes, instrument exchanges will only be made based on availability and with the consent of the Music Chair(s).
