Instrument Rentals 2026-2027
Thank you for your interest in ALF Music.
Registration for the 2026-2027 season of Instrument Rentals opened on Monday, July 20, 2026 and is now closed. Did you miss it? It may not be too late to rent. Late registration is done on upon the approval of the Music Chairs and based on the availability of instruments left in the inventory after Rental Day. If you are still interested, Contact Us. Email us with the student name, school, choice of instrument, and a contact phone number. We will get back to you in a couple of days.
Please Note – Before Registering
- Be sure to review all the details of the Instrument Rental program by following the grey links.
- The Instrument Rental period is from August 26, 2026 until the end of the Spring Concert on May 18, 2027.
- Rental Fee – $250
- Scholarships are available based on need; see school principal.
- Rental Pick-Up Day is August 26, 2026, 3:15-5:30 PM; registration in advance is required.
- Additional equipment may be required, depending on instrument.
- If there is no instrument available for your student, the Rental Fee will be refunded in full. No other refunds are allowed.
Review instrument choices with your student and consider a second choice, if their first choice is not available. NOTE: Beginning students cannot rent an Oboe or French Horn. Percussion rentals are not available at all.
- BRASS: Baritone, French Horn, Trombone, Trumpet
- WOODWINDS: Clarinet, Flute, Oboe, Saxophone
- STRINGS: Cello, Viola, Violin

After Registering
- A confirmation will be sent to the email account designated during the registration process. Be sure to contact us right away if you do not receive this confirmation.
- Do not register twice. There may be an administrative charge for reversing a duplicate registration.
- Once you have created an online account, you can view or update your information, print a statement, or change your password. To login to your account, go to the link at the bottom of your confirmation email and use the same username and password as when you registered.
- Once registration closes, instrument exchanges will only be made based on availability and with the consent of the Music Chair(s).
